About the Business Office The Kansas District Business Office is responsible for the administration of the Kansas District office in Topeka. In addition to these responsibilities, the Business Office also serves Kansas District congregations in providing support services in church administration. You may contact the Business Office for assistance with any variety of concerns or questions you may have including: salary guidelines, Concordia Plan Services, housing allowance and W-2s, budgeting, pre-retirement workshops and tax issues.
